By using ChatnBid you agree to these terms.

ChatnBid is a venue

ChatnBid provides a bidding page, a timer and a bid ledger. Sellers run their own sales. We are not the seller, auctioneer, agent or escrow, we do not take possession of items, and we do not process payments. Buyers and sellers settle directly with each other. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and for complying with laws that apply to their sales.

Bidding rules

• Bidding requires a verified mobile number. Your display name is shown with your bids.
• A bid is a commitment to buy at that price if you win. Bids can't be retracted.
• The first bid must equal the start price; later bids must meet the minimum increment shown.
• Anti-sniping: a bid placed in the final minutes extends the end time, as shown on the lot page.
• Only bids recorded on the lot page (or placed through ChatnBid's official Telegram buttons) count. Bids typed into group chats do not.
• If a reserve price is set and not met, the lot closes without a sale.

Text messages

ChatnBid sends one-time login codes; outbid alerts if you opt in; and sale-result texts to the buyer and seller of a completed sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop alerts, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.

Conduct

No shill bidding, bidding on your own lots, fake accounts, or bids you don't intend to honor. We may cancel lots and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ChatnBid is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, item condition or authenticity, or missed bids caused by connectivity or timing.
